Bluepoint TV is a terrible company, terrible product. Unstable, crashes constantly, no tech support. It was a huge mistake on my part to buy their service. An especially big mistake was to buy their box for $150 in order to see them on TV. Will be reporting to CA department of commerce, BBB, and IRS.
